Forgotten my PIN code

1. Fingerprint method

Do you have active fingerprint lock on your phone? You can unlock Daylio just by using your fingerprint. This works for iOS and Android.

2. Backup method

If you had your data backed up to Google Drive or iCloud follow these steps:

1. Delete the app
   • An alternative solution for Android - Go to system Settings > Apps > Daylio and tap CLEAR DATA
2. Install it again from the Google Play or App Store
3. Restore the backup
4. Android - Turn off the PIN code and set a new one
   iOS - PIN code is turned off by default, set a new PIN code

That will fix your problem.

If you haven't backed up your data, we cannot help you because you and only you have access to them (read more in Privacy Policy). You can always try few more times :/
