I have lost the Premium version
These are the likely reasons for losing the Premium version of the app:
- There was an error in the connection between the Google Play Store and the application. This is likely to happen after you buy or reinstall Daylio.
- In this case, make sure to follow this tutorial on how to restore purchases
- You have requested a refund in the past.
- For a long time, you could be using the Premium version even after you have received a refund. After we updated and standardized the app according to the store guidelines, this is not possible anymore.
If you lost the Premium version and you have not requested purchase and tried to restore purchases you can contact us. Please send us also your Google invoice number so we can find your purchase in the system.
