Purchase not available

Sometimes you cannot purchase the Premium version because the button on the screen is disabled. This might be due to the previous setting which turned off in-app purchases or just some error.

Go to iPhone Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > In-App Purchases. Now you can tap on Allow to enable purchases. Or tap on Don't Allow and Allow again which might help to reset the setting.
At last, you can restart the phone after changing Settings - just to be sure the change was applied.
