Backup File: Manual Import and Export

The Backup File contains all your entries, moods, activities, and settings. You can export or import it back to Daylio. Use this file to manually backup Daylio data anywhere you like or transfer your data from Android to iOS and back.

We still strongly advise using automatic cloud backups in addition to using the backup file. Daylio backups belong only to you and we do not have access to any copy and cannot help you to restore lost backups.

Please note: Backup File needs to be exported manually via Advanced Options. You cannot use your regular or scheduled backup file.
